A rider let us know that you were arguing with them during a recent trip. We realize that some riders might be challenging to please, but please maintain the highest level of professionalism at all times.

How can I improve? 

The best way to avoid such complaints is to avoid unnecessary disagreements while on trips. Even if a rider is acting rudely, please try to remain calm and polite while speaking with them. You may report the issue to us at Uber after the trip.
