A passenger let us know that you had some trouble with picking them up at the requested location. This either resulted in a long wait for the passenger or a cancelled trip.
How can I improve?
The best way to avoid such issues is to follow the GPS/map on your Partner App. You can also zoom in closer to the rider’s location by tapping twice on your screen. If you still have issue finding the passenger, try texting the passenger. If all else fails, you could call the passenger.
Occasionally, the GPS could be a bit off. If so, please kindly explain this to the passenger -- and please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience!
