A rider let us know that you discussed inappropriate or sensitive topics during a recent trip. These can include politics, religion or questions about a rider's personal life. We realize that some comments can be taken out of context or misunderstood, but it is best to avoid topics that can make a rider uncomfortable.

How can I improve? 

The best way to avoid such complaints is to avoid talking about sensitive or personal issues with your riders. Even if you think a comment might be harmless, some riders can be easily insulted or take the comments the wrong way.
