What does this mean?
A rider wrote to us stating that you provided them with an incorrect fare quote for their trip, or you gave them false information regarding a Promotion Code, resulting with the rider thinking them overpaid for their ride.
How can I improve?
The best way to avoid such complaints is to guide riders to their “Fare Quote” option within their Uber rider app. The “Fare Quote” option will provide them with an accurate fare quote from their location to their desired location. In regards to Promotion Codes, if the rider is misunderstanding their Promo Code, please have them write their local Uber Support team at support.uber.com.
