A rider let us know hat you asked them to rate you 5 stars on a recent trip. This can annoy riders and cause them to rate you lower than 5 stars, even if they thought you might have deserved 5 stars.
How can I improve?
The best way to avoid such complaints is to not ask riders to rate you during and after trips. Once a trip is complete, the rider will automatically see a screen that will tell them to rate. If you provided a 5 star level of service, the rider will rate you deservingly.
