A passenger let us know that your vehicle was lacking air conditioning or Heat during a recent trip. An uncomfortable temperature can prevent a rider from having an enjoyable experience on a trip and could result in a low rating.

How can I improve? 

The best way to avoid such complaints is to ask riders whether they would like to use the AC or heat at the beginning of each trip. This shows riders that you care about their comfort.
